Larry Beckwith's Iconic Entertainment Is Blowing Up!

Larry Beckwith’s history of entrepreneurial success extends to the music industry

 

Larry Beckwith is a businessman with experience in a wide variety of industries. He’s made a name for himself in the energy industry, having founded Eco-Energy, a biofuel supply chain management giant. He also sits as the Chairman of the Board for Beckwith Enterprises.

In 2012, Beckwith stepped down from Eco-Energy to try his hand in a new venture, one that has been making waves in the music space for some time now.

Beckwith joined forces with music industry veteran Fletcher Foster to create Iconic Entertainment Group, which utilizes both of their business and music skillsets to provide services in all aspects of entertainment. Foster has been working in entertainment for 30 years, having held marketing positions at Capitol Records and Universal Records South.

In a news release provided to the Nashville Business Journal, Iconic Entertainment offers services in “artist management, music, television, film, artist development and strategic partnerships” They also stated that they want Iconic to be global in scope, and evolve with the “multi-dimensional media view” that is ever-present in 2015.

Iconic’s artists are among the biggest things in country music today.

Iconic opened their doors by hiring Levi Hummon and since then has expanded to include Kelsea Ballerini. Her debut album The First Time spawned hits like Love Me Like You Mean It and Yeah Boy. Love Me Like You Mean It is already sitting pretty with almost 2 million YouTube views, and that’s not even counting the 1.5 million views on the lyric video.

Kelsea also has one very notable fan…Taylor Swift herself.

Taylor Swift showed her love for Kelsea by name dropping the two above singles off of The First Time. Weeks later, Kelsea’s album cracked the Top 10 iTunes Country chart.

Regardless of Taylor’s influence or Iconic’s behind the scenes work, Kelsea’s career is blowing up in a big way. It just continues to speak to how big of an impact Iconic, as well as Larry Beckwith and Fletcher Foster, are having on all aspects of the entertainment industry.
